She specializes in guiding clients through the repair, rebuilding, and remodeling of their properties, working closely with homeowners and contractors to bring clarity, structure, and direction to projects that can often feel overwhelming. Her goal is to ensure each phase is handled efficiently, thoughtfully, and with the end result always in mind.

Her background includes extensive experience in property insurance claims, along with certifications in mold assessment and mold remediation. As a licensed Florida All Lines Adjuster with multiple industry certifications through the IICRC, she brings a well-rounded perspective that allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and help clients make informed decisions throughout the process.

Known for her strong communication, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, Chui is committed to being a steady, reliable guide from initial planning through final completion. She believes successful projects are built on transparency, organization, and advocacy—ensuring her clients feel confident every step of the way.

Born and raised in Southwest Florida, she has a deep connection to the community she serves. She is family-oriented, a proud mother of two, and a caregiver to her elderly mother. These life experiences have shaped her values and reinforced her commitment to patience, compassion, and doing what is right for every client.

Scott brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, disaster restoration, and property claims. With a career built from the ground up, he has developed a deep, practical understanding of how projects are built, managed, and successfully delivered in real-world conditions.

As a Florida Certified Residential Contractor and former licensed All Lines Adjuster, Scott has worked across every phase of the industry—from operating a restoration company to handling complex, high-value claims as a General Adjuster. He has led large-scale reconstruction efforts, managed teams through catastrophic events, and played a key role in training and developing claims professionals.

His expertise in construction methods, permitting, code compliance, and project workflow helps ensure every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and accountability. Known for his straightforward communication and problem-solving mindset, Scott is committed to delivering results and keeping projects moving forward, no matter the complexity.

With a background in administrative support, client service, claims operations, and business leadership, she helps keep the business running with clarity, structure, and consistency behind the scenes. Her work supports the many moving parts that allow projects, communication, and client experience to flow smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to her operational background, Asyia has experience helping businesses refine and elevate their overall brand identity—from branding and web design to the internal structure that supports daily operations. Having built and branded businesses of her own, she understands the importance of creating a company that feels aligned from the inside out, where presentation, communication, and workflow all reflect the same vision.
